Visible Strategies Strengthens Management Team with Technology
Industry Veterans
VANCOUVER, CANADA, August 23, 2007 — Visible
Strategies Software Inc., a leading provider of strategy mapping
and performance management software to help organizations define
and communicate their vision for a sustainable future , today
announced the appointment of Victor Holysh as Chief Operating
Officer and Randy Halischuk as Senior Marketing Manager.
Victor will be responsible for the company's day-to-day operating
activities including financial management and business planning,
as well as assisting in the management of the company's office,
which recently relocated to larger premises in the historic Gastown
district of Vancouver.
Randy will be responsible for managing all of the company's marketing,
branding and lead generation activities and for positioning Visible
Strategies as the world's leading supplier of strategy mapping
and performance management reporting solutions.

in a similar hosted software environment.”
Victor brings more than 20 years of international experience
in sales, business development, services and operations expertise
to Visible Strategies. In his new role, Holysh will be tasked
with creating and implementing a new operational infrastructure
to support revenue growth and development of revenue-generating
channel partnerships. His previous roles include Chief Operating
Officer at Loki Management Systems, Director of Professional Services
at Creo (now Kodak), and vice-president of Retek (now Oracle),
a multi-million dollar software provider to large retailers. Victor
has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University
of Toronto and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered
Accountants.
Randy has extensive senior level experience in marketing, communications
and investor relations with technology companies including Infowave
Software, Merlin Technologies and Talent Technology Corporation
(TTC). In his previous role at TTC, he was responsible for planning,
managing and implementing all marketing, communications and lead
generation programs for the company, resulting in significant
revenue growth.
He has also served as Director of Communications and Research
for the Canadian Advanced Technology Association, where he organized
a global conference that brought together the resource sector
with the technology and finance industries to foster sustainable
competitive advantage. Randy holds a degree in Communication from
Simon Fraser University .
